不同日龄卤虫对钻井液生物毒性效应比较研究

摘  要:
研究了23~25℃下2、5、10、20日和30日龄卤虫对钻井液的96h毒性耐受力的差异。试验结果表明,随着试验时间的延长,不同质量浓度钻井液对卤虫死亡率的影响差异性逐渐增大,试验96h时,除钻井液质量浓度为2000mg/L组与对照组死亡率差异不显著外,4000、6000、8000、10 000mg/L质量浓度组均与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);2、5、10、20日和30日龄卤虫的96h半致死质量浓度分别为3464、3488、3452、4811、2592mg/L,随着试验时间的延长,各日龄卤虫之间的死亡率差异逐渐降低。

摘  要:
The 96hbiological toxicity of drilling effluent to two,five,ten,twenty and thirty day old brine shrimp Artemia saline was studied at water temperature from 23℃to 25℃.The results showed that the differences in mortality of the brine shrimp caused by different concentrations of drilling effluent were found to be increased with the test period elapse.There were significant differences in mortality between the second,third,fourth and fifth brime shrimp groups and the control group(P<0.05),except for between the first group and the control group in 96htest.The 96hLC50was found to be 3464mg/L in 2day old Artemia,3488mg/L in 5day old Artemia,3452mg/L in 10day old Artemia,4811mg/L in 20day old Artemia,and 2592mg/L in 30day old Artemia,with the test time elapse,the differences in mortality being decreased among all age Artemia.
