开缝处理聚丙烯无纺布增强单板层积材的研究

摘  要:
为了提高单板层积材(LVL)的力学性能,扩大其应用领域,提高木材资源和无纺布的利用价值,采用剪切开缝处理的聚丙烯(PP)无纺布与单板复合制备层积材,通过正交试验的设计原理探究热压压力(1.0、1.2、1.4 MPa)、温度(115、125、135℃)和时间(48、60、72 s·mm~(-1))对PP无纺布增强LVL的静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)和水平剪切强度(HSS)的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)分析了增强型LVL的微观形态变化。结果表明:较佳的热压工艺参数组合为热压压力1.2 MPa、热压温度125℃、热压时间60 s·mm~(-1),在此工艺参数条件下制得的开缝处理的PP无纺布LVL的MOR、MOE和HSS分别为49.77、7119.48和1.52 MPa,与普通型LVL相比,分别增加了20.04%、24.15%和39.45%,与未开缝处理的PP无纺布LVL相比,分别增加了5.94%、7.80%和53.54%,剪切开缝的PP无纺布添加到单板中更有利于无纺布与单板的结合。

摘  要:
To improve the mechanical properties of laminated veneer lumber(LVL), expand its application fields, and improve the utilization value of wood resources and nonwoven fabric, cut nonwoven polypropylene(PP) was combined with the veneer to prepare the LVL. Orthogonal testing was used to study the influence of the hot pressing pressure(1.0, 1.2, and 1.4 MPa), temperature(115, 125, and 135 ℃), and time(48, 60, and 72 s·mm~(-1)) on the modulus of rupture(MOR), modulus of elasticity(MOE), and horizontal shear strength(HSS) of PP nonwoven LVL, and microscopic morphological changes in the reinforced LVL were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the preferred combination of hot-pressing process parameters was pressure=1.2 MPa, temperature=125 ℃, and time=60 s·mm~(-1). Under these conditions, the MOR, MOE, and HSS values of cut nonwoven LVL were 49.77, 119.48, and 1.52 MPa, respectively. Compared with ordinary LVL, these values represent increases of 20.04%, 24.15%, and 39.45%, respectively. Compared with uncut nonwoven PP LVL, these values represent increases of 5.94%, 7.80%, and 53.54%, respectively. It was concluded that the addition of cut nonwoven PP to the veneer was more conducive to the connection of the nonwoven fabric and veneer.
