负压气流玉米剥皮脱粒机的设计与分析

摘  要:
为解决我国玉米剥皮机功能单一、安全性差的问题,提高玉米剥皮和脱粒的效率,设计了一款负压气流玉米剥皮脱粒机,并详细地进行了方案分析、参数计算和结构设计。通过采用剥皮辊和压送器,提高了玉米剥皮质量;采用负压气流装置,使脱粒后的玉米粒杂质大大减少,总体提高了整个装置的生产率。仿真分析表明:整个装置流水作业,降低了剥皮和脱粒的劳动强度,提高了剥皮和脱粒的效率。

摘  要:
To solve the single function and poor safety problems of our country corn stripping machine,and improve the efficiency of corn's stripping and threshing,they designed a negative pressure air corn stripping and threshing machine.This paper has carried on the scheme analysis,parameter calculation and structure design.Improve the quality of corn stripping by adopting stripping roller and pressure device.Reduce a lot of corn kernels impurities after threshing by using negative pressure air device and improve the productivity of the entire device as a whole.The simulation analysis proves that the whole device operate flowing,reduce the labor intensity of the corn stripping and threshing,and improve the efficiency of corn stripping and threshing.
