除草剂胁迫下谷子脯氨酸含量及代谢酶活性的比较

摘  要:
为研究除草剂对常规谷和杂交谷脯氨酸含量及代谢酶活性的影响,试验采用2因素4水平完全随机设计,以晋谷21号、晋谷59号、张杂谷5号和张杂谷13号为材料,在谷子六七叶期用不同浓度(0倍,0.5倍,1.0倍,2.0倍)拿捕净进行喷洒,采用茚三酮法测量脯氨酸(Pro)含量、盐酸羟胺比色法测定吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶(P5CS)活性。结果表明,在不同浓度拿捕净、不同谷子品种及不同浓度拿捕净不同品种互作间谷子的脯氨酸含量及代谢酶活性均存在极显著差异,杂交谷脯氨酸含量及吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶活性高于常规谷,其中,张杂谷5号最高;2倍浓度拿捕净处理谷子脯氨酸含量及吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶活性显著高于0倍、0.5倍、1倍浓度处理;4种谷子的脯氨酸含量随拿捕净浓度增加均逐渐升高,吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶活性也随着拿捕净浓度升高而增强,与脯氨酸积累呈正相关;张杂谷5号在2倍浓度拿捕净胁迫下,脯氨酸含量及吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶活性最高,表现出较强的抗逆性。试验结果可为张杂谷5号的推广提供理论依据。

摘  要:
To study the effects of herbicides on proline content and metabolic enzymes activities of conventional and hybrid foxtail millet, experiment based on two-factor and four-level completely random design was conducted. Jingu 21, Jingu 59, Zhangzagu 5 and Zhangzagu 13 were used as materials, and different concentrations(0, 0.5, 1, 2 times liquid)of sethoxydim were sprayed at the six-seven leaf stage of foxtail millet. The proline content and metabolic enzymes activities were measured by Ninhydrin method and Hydroxylamine hydrochloride colorimetry. The results showed that there were significant differences in proline content and P5 CS activities among foxtail millet cultivars at different concentrations of herbicides, among different cultivars and under different concentrations of herbicides. The proline content and P5 CS activities in Zhangzagu 5 were the highest. The proline content and P5 CS activities in foxtail millet were increased with increasing the concentration of herbicides. The proline content and P5 CS activities of Zhangzagu 5 was the highest under the stress of 2 times of herbicide concentration, showing strong stress resistance. It provided a theoretical basis for the popularization of Zhangzagu 5.
