辽宁沿海经济带“软环境”建设对策研究

摘要：

经济发展的软环境是经济发展的重要保证。本文在探寻制约辽宁省沿海经济带软环境建设的种种因素基础上,提出了改善辽宁沿海经济带软环境建设五个方面的对策建议,即:建设依法、有序的法治环境;营造规范、透明的政务环境;建造快捷、便利的商务环境;建设文明、向上的人文环境;构筑公平、诚信的市场环境。这些建议均具有较强的可操作性,对于辽宁沿海经济带软环境建设将具有积极的借鉴作用。

摘要：

The soft environment is an important guarantee for economic development.On the basis of exploring various restraint reasons for the soft environment construction of Liaoning coastal economic belt,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the soft environment construction of Liaoning coastal economic belt from five aspects,that is:the building in accordance with the law,the rule of law and orderly environment;to create a standardized, transparent administrative environment;the construction of fast,convenient business environment; the building of civilization,the human environment upward;build a fair and honest market environment.The recommendations are operational and will have a positive reference.
