摘 要：
湖南舜文化旅游资源极其丰富,但因外部条件的限制,开发力度不够,没有在区域经济发展中发挥应有的作用。在前人研究的基础上,将湖南舜文化资源与乡村旅游有机结合,通过发展乡村旅游来开发湖南舜文化旅游资源,将潜在价值转化为现实价值。

摘 要：
There're extremely rich Shun culture tourism resources in Hunan province.But the tourism resources haven't been exploited enough because of some external restricted conditions existing.So they have not played their due role in the regional economic development.tourism,which is luxuriantly developing now,can overcome these objective restrictions.So the author draw up a plan for exploiting the Shun Based on predecessors' studies,combing the Shun culture tourism resources in Hunan province with other rural tourism resources in the regional,the Shun culture resources are be exploited by developing rural tourism so as to make them achieve a transformation from the potential value into the real value.
