滨湖水牛肝片吸虫病和前后盘吸虫病血清酶活性的变化

摘  要：
报道了滨湖水牛肝片吸虫病和前后盘吸虫病血清酶活性的变化。测定的血清酶有乌氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶(OCT),γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT),谷草转氨酶(GOT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP).在肝片吸虫病中血清酶 OCT,γ-GT 和 GOT 活性显著升高,OCT 和 GOT 活性升高反映肝实质受损害,γ-GT 活性升高反映肝胆系统受损害,可用于肝片吸虫病早期辅助诊断和病程发展的判断。前后盘吸虫病上述三种酶活性稍有升高,AKP 活性对肝片吸虫病和前后盘吸虫病均无变化.

摘  要：
This paper reports the changes of activities of scrum enzyme in buffalo in lakeside with Fascioliasis and Paramphistomiasis.The determinted serum enzymes were ornithine Carbamyl transferase (OCT),Fglutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT),glutamic oxal transaminase (GOT)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP).The increases in OCT and GOT ac- tivities reflected parenchymal liver damage,whereas the increases in FGT reflected hepatobiliary damage.This can be used for early asistant diagnosis of Fascioliasis and judgment of progress of the disease process.The activities of these three serum enzymes in- creased slight in Paramphistomiasis.AKP did not change in Fascioliasis and Paramphistomiasis.
