基于5G技术的智慧工厂仓储物流与巡检管理研究

摘  要:
随着我国经济的快速发展,物联网技术在预制工厂的仓储物流以及巡检管理方面应用广泛,有助于提升工厂加工效率.根据场内环境设计一款基于 5G技术的智能巡检机器人,集成AGV、SLAM激光导航技术以及六轴机械臂模块可极大提高机器人巡检效率.通过现场对比验证,智能巡检机器人的数据采集正确率提高了20%,节省了人工成本,促进了物联网技术在预制工厂中的应用发展.对工厂仓储物流与巡检管理进行了分析,研究了物联网技术在物流信息系统中的应用以及基于 5G技术的巡检机器人,对物联网技术在工厂管理系统的实际应用进行了思考,提出了促进物联网技术在预制工厂中应用的策略.

摘  要:
With the rapid development of China's economy,the Internet of Things technology is widely used in warehousing,logistics and inspection management of prefabricated factories,which helps to improve the processing efficiency of factories.According to the environment in the field,an intelligent inspection robot based on 5G technology was designed,and the integration of AGV,SLAM laser navigation technology and six-axis robotic arm module could greatly improve the efficiency of robot inspection.Through on-site comparison and verification,the intelligent inspection robot improved the accuracy of data collection by 20%,saved labor costs,and promoted the application and development of Internet of Things technology in prefabricated factories.The warehousing logistics and inspection management of factories were analyzed,the application of Internet of Things technology in logistics information system and inspection robot based on 5G technology were studied,the practical application of Internet of Things technology in factory management system were thought about,and strategies to promote the application of Internet of Things technology in prefabricated factories were put forward.
