摘  要：
在新时代的背景下,国家对于创新型人才的需求与日俱增,国内各所高校均肩负着培养创新创业型人才的重任。为了在个性化教育的前提下培养具有创新创业能力的人才,以满足当今社会对人才的需求,笔者以个性化教育为理论依托,研究培养大学生创新创业能力的模式与策略,提高大学生适应社会竞争的能力。

摘  要：
In the context of the new era, the country's demand for innovative talents is increasing day by day, and all domestic universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In order to cultivate talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability to meet the needs of talents in today's society under the premise of individualized education, this study relies on the theory of individualized education, studies the models and strategies for cultivating college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and improves college students. Better adapt to the ability of social competition.
