摘  要:
在当前以信息系统为支撑的体系对抗中,作战装备繁多且关系复杂,传统的静态评估方法虽然具有计算简单和实时性高等优点,但无法有效地反映装备节点间的关系,也无法随着战场态势的改变而进行实时评估。针对此问题,从作战体系中信息流动角度出发,提出一种对战场整体兵力部署效能进行动态评估的方法。首先从信息流节点对抗的角度分析研究了作战体系结构。之后根据信息流对抗的特性,将作战兵力划分为传感器类节点、指挥控制类节点和行动类节点三部分,并根据每类节点主要作用选取相应的指标建立效能评估模型。最后对整个作战体系的效能进行实时动态仿真分析。结果表明该方法具有较好的可行性和实时性,为体系作战效能评估提供了一种新思路。

摘  要:
Nowadays, in the system combat based on information system, a large number of combat equipments with complex relations are applied in warfare. The traditional static assessment has the advantages of simplicity and high efficiency, but it cannot reflect the relations among different nodes and effectively correspond with the changing combat field situation. Aiming at this issue, a dynamic assessment method from the perspective of the information flow is put forward to assess the efficiency of the whole combat system. First, the structure of the combat systems is analyzed from the perspective of the confrontation of the information flow. Second, based on the confrontation of information flow, combat force is divided into three parts as sensor nodes, command and control nodes and operational nodes. Corresponding indexes of each function of different nodes are set up and effectiveness evaluation model is established. Third, a dynamic real time simulation is carried out on the effectiveness of the whole combat system. The simulation result shows that the proposed method is fairly feasible and has a good real time capability. Moreover, it is able to put forward new thoughts and method in the evaluation of system combat effectiveness.
