农村土地综合整治项目中农户满意度及影响因素研究——以池州市贵池区为例

摘  要：
从农户满意度视角,以安徽省池州市贵池区为例,选取农村土地综合整治项目中影响农户满意度的12项指标,构建了评价指标体系;并运用顾客满意度评价法(CSI评价法)对农户满意度进行了评估,最后得出农户总体满意度。结果表明,农户对农村土地综合整治项目总体满意度值为2.37,按照评价标准,农户整体上对整治项目"比较满意";当前农村土地整治项目中农田水利设施后期管护、生活垃圾处理等方面满意度水平不高,是今后需要着重改善的方面。并在此基础上提出了建议。

摘  要：
From the satisfaction degree of farmers, by the example of Guichi district in Chizhou city, Anhui province, 12 influence indicators of farmers' satisfaction degree in rural land renovation project were selected, and an evaluation index system was constructed to evaluated the farmers' satisfaction degree with the customer satisfaction evaluation method(CSI evaluation method), and finally the overall satisfaction degree of farmers was obtained. The results showed that the overall satisfaction value of farmers in comprehensive renovation project was 2.37. According to the evaluation criteria, the farmers were satisfied with the renovation project as a whole. However, the satisfaction level of farmers was not high in the later management and protection of rural land water conservancy facilities, and household garbage disposal and so on in the present farmland renovation project, these aspects should be emphatically improved in future. And on this basis four suggestions were put forward.
