涝滞胁迫对空心莲子草生理生化特性的影响

摘  要:
以治理三峡库区消落带中试植物空心莲子草为材料,在不同涝滞胁迫时间下,研究其叶、根、茎中叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗涝生理生化特性的变化。结果表明,涝滞胁迫后叶绿素含量降低,MDA积累较少,脯氨酸含量上升,POD和CAT活性明显升高,证明空心莲子草具有较好的抗涝能力。

摘  要:
Alternanthera philoxeroides from the hydro-fluctuation belt of Three Gorges Reservoir was use as materials,and the changes of chlorophyll, malondialdehyde (MDA), free proline contents, peoxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities in leafs, stems and roots were studied under different times of waterlogging stress . The results showed that under waterlogging stress, chlorophyll degraded, the accumulations of MDA decreased, free proline contents ascend, activities of POD and CAT increased sharply. So Alternanthera philoxeroides could have better capability of resisting waterlogging stress.
