益阳市农村土地信托流转实践与思考

摘  要：
为了解我国土地信托化改革发展现状,发现土地信托流转方式在现实实践过程中遇到的问题,切实关注弱势群体——农民在土地信托机制中利益保障的情况,华中科技大学经济学院暑期社会实践队于7月赴土地信托化改革试点区——湖南省益阳市草尾镇,通过问卷、采访、参观等形式从政府、承包商、农户三方开展实地调研,对调研过程中收集到的信息进行简单的博弈模型分析,从而发现土地信托流转现存问题的症结,并基于博弈模型分析结果提出解决办法。最后,通过分析草尾镇的地域特点,提出关于推广土地信托流转的建议。

摘  要：
In order to have an overview of Chinese rural land trust reform and find the practical problems faced,concerned the interests protected situation of farmers in the land trust mechanism.The social practice team of economic school,Huazhong University of Science and Technology carried out field survey in Caowei Town,which was the pilot land trust town in Yiyang Hunan,during July,2015.The team applied questionnaire,interview and visiting survey method to collect information from the government,the contractor and the farmer.Based on the field survey,the article used game theory to analyze the problems raised during the survey by contractors and farmers.The analysis pointed out the key points in these problems and solutions to them.At last,the article put forward some suggestions on how land trust should be popularized considering the regional features of Caowei Town.
