分子标记技术在斑潜蝇中的应用进展

摘  要:
斑潜蝇是农作物、蔬菜和花卉等植物上的重要害虫,尤其是美洲斑潜蝇、南美斑潜蝇和三叶斑潜蝇的入侵,给我国农业生产和对外贸易带来重大损失。采用传统的形态学分类特征对斑潜蝇进行鉴定极易混淆,更难进行地理分布与遗传多样性分析,近年来迅速发展的分子标记技术为解决斑潜蝇遗传及鉴定等问题提供了有效的手段。本文主要概述了DNA分子标记技术在斑潜蝇的分子鉴定、地理分布及传播途径、种群遗传分化及种间杂交等方面的应用现状,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
The leaf miners are the main pest of farm and horticultural crops.After invading China,Liriomyza sativae,L.huidobrensis and L.trifolii had caused great losses in agricultural production and export trade.It is very difficult to identify closely-related species and analyze the geographical distribution and genetic diversity of populations only based on the morphological characters.Molecular markers have been improved rapidly in recent years,which are efficient in solving some essential issues in the identification of related species and genetic differentiation in Liriomyza.In this paper,the applications of molecular marker techniques in molecular identification,geographic distribution,spread pattern,population genetic variation and hybridization of Liriomyza were reviewed,and the application prospects are also discussed.
