氯化镧对干旱条件下玉米幼苗抗氧化特性的影响

摘  要:
为了给氯化镧在玉米水分管理中的应用提供依据,采用10%PEG模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究了外源氯化镧对干旱胁迫下玉米幼苗抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫显著提高了根叶细胞质膜透性、MDA及叶片SOD和CAT活性、根叶POD和APX活性,显著降低了叶绿素、根系活力和生物量;与单独干旱处理相比,外源氯化镧处理使干旱下幼苗根系SOD、POD、APX活性和根系活力分别增加了43.9%、20.2%、50%和30%,使根系细胞质膜透性和MDA分别降低了20%和21.7%,外源氯化镧使叶片SOD、POD、APX活性和叶绿素分别增加了25.3%、27.2%、16.9%和17%,使叶片细胞质膜透性和MDA分别降低了17.5%和21.3%;氯化镧使玉米幼苗生物量增加了20.2%。外源氯化镧处理可以明显增强玉米幼苗的抗氧化能力,从而缓解干旱对玉米植株所造成的伤害。

摘  要:
To provide evidence for the application of lanthanum chloride in the water management of maize,the effects of exogenous lanthanum chloride on the antioxidant properties of Xindan29 seedling were studied under drought stress induced by 10%PEG.The results showed that the membrane permeability,MDA content,the activities of SOD and CAT in leaf and the activities of POD and APX in root and leaf were significantly increased by drought stress.However,the chlorophyll content,root activity and biomass were significantly decreased by drought stress.Compared with drought stress alone,with the apphcation of exogenous lanthanum chloride the activities of SOD,POD and APX in root and root activity of maize seedling were increased by 43.9%,20.2%,50% and 30%,respectively;The membrane permeability and MDA content in root were reduced by 20%and 21.7%,respectively;For the leaves,the activities of SOD,POD and APX and the chlorophyll content were increased by 25.3%,27.2%,16.9% and 17%,respectively;The membrane permeability and MDA content in leaf were reduced by exogenous lanthanum chloride by17.5% and 21.3%,respectively.The biomass of maize seedlings was significantly increased by lanthanum chloride under drought stress.Exogenous lanthanum chloride protects maize seedlings against damage induced by drought stress by improving the antioxidant properties.
