微波消解电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定空气和废气颗粒物中的铬、铜、镍

摘  要:
用微波消解法对空气滤膜和废气滤筒进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了铬、铜、镍的浓度,并对测定结果进行了分析。结果表明,对空气样品中铬、铜、镍分析时微波消解法的检出限分别为0.006μg/m3、0.003μg/m3、0.04μg/m3,精密度分别为1.5%、3.2%、3.5%,加标回收率分别为104%、105%、103%。对废气样品中铬、铜、镍分析时,微波消解法的检出限分别为2.0μg/m3、0.8μg/m3、1.0μg/m3,精密度分别为3.5%、4.4%、4.3%,加标回收率分别为104%、107%、106%。同时对有证滤膜进行了测定,结果均合格。微波消解法测定的铬、铜、镍含量有较好的检出限、精密度和准确度,与电热板消解法不存在显著性差异,均适用于空气和废气颗粒物中的铬、铜、镍的测定。

摘  要:
The air filter membrane and exhaust gas filter cartridge were pretreated by microwave digestion,and theconcentration of chromium,copper and nickel was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spec-trometry,and the results are analyzed.The detection limits of microwave digestion in the analysis of chromium,cop-per and nickel in the air samples were 0.006,0.003,and 0.04 g/m3 respectively,and the precision was 1.5%,3.2%and 3.5%,respectively,and the recovery rates were 104%,105% and 103%,respectively.The detection limits of themicrowave digestion method for the analysis of chromium,copper and nickel in the waste gas samples were 2,0.8,and 1 g/m3 respectively,and the precision was 3.5%,4.4% and 4.3% respectively,and the recovery rates were104%,107% and 106%,respectively.Meanwhile,the measured results of certified filter membrane were all qualified.It is found that the content of chromium,copper and nickel determined by microwave digestion method has good de-tection limit,precision and accuracy,and there is no significant difference from the electrothermal plate digestionmethod.It is suitable for the determination of chromium,copper and nickel in air and waste gas particles.
