微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光法测定保健食品中的硒含量

摘  要:
采用微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光法(HG-AFS)测定灵芝孢子粉、超微康硒原粉及富硒大米中的硒含量,结果该法检出限为3 ng,线性范围为0.01~0.20μg,平均回收率为87.5%~101.2%(n=5)。该法简单、可靠、重现性好,灵敏度高。

摘  要:
This paper created a method to determinate selenium.Determinate selenium in Ganoderma lucidum spores Chaoweikang xiyuanfen and Selenium-enriched rice by microwave digestion HG-AFS method.The detection limit(DL) of the method was 3.0 ng,the linear range was 0.01 μg~0.2 μg and the average recovery was 87.5%~101.2%(n=5).The method was accurate,simple and well reproducible.
