全球气候变化与森林碳汇研究概述

摘  要:
以变暖为主要特征的全球气候变化不仅严重影响了经济社会的可持续发展,并日趋国际化、政治化而成为世界各国当今面临的最重大挑战之一,对此国际社会高度重视并积极采取各种措施,其中,通过林业活动增加森林碳汇(减缓碳释放)是重要途径。此外,研究表明通过森林固碳来减缓碳释放不仅潜力巨大,而且具明显的成本优势,更主要的是这种方法不会对现有的经济发展模式、发展速度造成太大的负面影响,在中国开展森林碳汇活动是应对气候变化的重要选择,具有广阔的发展前景。

摘  要:
Global Climate Change not only seriously affects the economic and social sustainable development,but also becomes an increasingly international,political issue which has been one of the most significant challenges the world faced today.The international community has paid close attention to this issue and adopted various measures to tackle it.Measures increasing forest carbon sink by forestry activity is an important way.Research shows forest carbon sequestration helping to slow release of carbon not only has great potential and outstanding cost advantage,but more importantly,has no significant negative impact on the current economic development pattern and speed.So in China forest carbon activity is the important choice to respond to climate change and has broad prospects.
