环境条件对DL-SW微舱检测人造板VOCs释放的影响

摘  要:
为探究外界环境条件对DL-SW微舱检测人造板材挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放的影响,以胶合板、中密度纤维板和刨花板为实验对象,在3种温度、2种相对湿度及3种气体交换率与负荷因子之比条件下设置实验,用DL-SW微舱采集VOCs。通过GC-MS分析VOCs的初始质量浓度,对比3种外界环境条件对人造板VOCs释放的影响规律。结果表明:温度升高对3种人造板材VOCs的释放影响规律一致,温度上升促进板材VOCs的释放。相对湿度同样有促进人造板挥发性有机化合物释放的影响,但不如温度的影响大。随着气体交换率与负荷因子之比增大,3种板材VOCs的释放量均有下降趋势。外界环境条件对不同人造板材VOCs释放影响不同,受外界环境条件影响最大的是胶合板,刨花板次之,最小的是中密度纤维板。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of external environmental conditions on the release of volatile organic compounds from wood-based panel detected by micro-cabin with the plywood,medium density fiberboard and particleboard.VOCs were exploited with DL-SW micro-cabin under the experimental conditions of three temperature conditions,two relative humidity conditions and three ratios of the gas exchange law and load factor ratio. Initial contents of VOCs were analyzed by GC-MS,so as to study the influence of three external factors on the release of VOCs from wood-based panel. The increase of temperature had the same effect on the release of VOCs from three kinds of wood-based panel. The increase of temperature promoted the release of VOCs of the wood-based panel. Relative humidity also had the effect of promoting the release of volatile organic compounds from wood-based panels,but not as much as the effect of temperature. With the increase of the ratio of gas exchange law to load factor,the release of VOCs of three kinds of wood-based panel decreased.External factors had different effects on VOCs release from different wood-based panels,the most affected by external environmental conditions was plywood,particleboard second,and the smallest impact was the medium density fiberboard.
