资本禀赋、政策工具对农户玉米秸秆还田利用意愿与行为的影响

摘  要：
基于计划行为理论(TPB),利用黑龙江省424户玉米种植户的微观调研数据,采用结构方程模型实证分析资本禀赋、政策工具对农户玉米秸秆还田利用意愿与行为的影响。结果表明,行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制对农户玉米秸秆还田利用意愿有显著正向影响;利用意愿与知觉行为控制对农户玉米秸秆还田利用行为有显著正向影响。在此基础上,资本禀赋与政策工具对农户玉米秸秆还田利用意愿与利用行为都有显著正向影响,但政策工具的影响较弱。提出促进农户参与玉米秸秆还田利用的政策建议。

摘  要：
Based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB), using the micro survey data of 424 corn growers in Heilongjiang province, this paper uses a structural equation model to analyze the impact of capital endowment and policy tools on the willingness and behavior of corn straw returning. The results showed that behavior attitude, subjective norm, and perceptual behavior control had a significant positive impact on farmers' willingness to return corn stalks to the field, and use intention and perceptual behavior control had a significant positive impact on farmers' willingness to return corn stalks to the field. On this basis, capital endowment and policy tools have a significant positive impact on farmers' willingness and behavior of returning corn straw to the field, but the impact of policy tools is weak. Therefore, it proposes policy recommendations to promote farmers' participation in corn stalk returning to the field.
