高粱有效成分药用价值研究进展

摘  要:
高粱作为山西省的主要旱地农作物之一,具有产量大、种植广等优点,同时又具有多种针对慢性疾病如心血管病、肥胖、癌症等的药用功效,因此,极具开发价值。根据文献,综述了目前国内外高粱及其有效成分的药用价值,并提出了发展山西高粱医疗食品产业的理论依据和发展方向。

摘  要:
Sorghum is one of the main dryland crops which has the advantage of both large yield and extensive cultivation. Sorghum also contributes to the effective treatment of chronic disease, such as cardiovascular disease, obesity and cancer etc.. Therefore, it has remarkable value for medicine market development. This paper reviews the current status of research progress on the pharmacology study of ingredients from sorghum, which provides the knowledge of healthy food manufactory and development in Shanxi province.
