摘  要：
湖南省国营农场的统计工作历来是农场管理中的一个薄弱环节。特别是在农场实行“财务包干制”,调整产业结构,试办职工家庭农场以后,必须进一步加强对农场统计工作的领导,要健全机构,充实队伍;要改革统计方法,讲求实效,同时要大力提高统计人员的素质,倡导统计分析,做到优质服务;要改进统计手段,不断提高农场统计工作质量。

摘  要：
The statistical work of state farms has always been a weak linkin the farm managment in Hunan province. After the introduction of the systemof financial responsibility for profits or losses based on the ageed revenue andexpenditure, the adjustment in estate structure and "Family farm" run by thestaff and works, it is especially necessary to strengthen in stute farms the learde-rship of statistical work, the statistical organization and personel, reform stati-stical method, strive for efficiency, and at the same time raise the quality ofthe statisticians and introduce statistical analysis in order to make a goodstatistical work of state farms.
