耕整机扶手架振动机理的虚拟研究

摘  要:
耕整机是一种产量大且已被广泛应用于农业生产的小型农机具,但由于它的动力装置是小型单缸柴油机,引起扶手架手把的振动量较大,严重影响到了操作者的身体健康,因此对耕整机手把振动机理的研究具有重大意义。采用ADAMS仿真软件并通过实测尺寸构建了GN31耕整机的虚拟样机,从整机角度分析研究了耕整机振动机理。通过仿真试验给出了不同轮胎气压下的扶手架振动情况,研究了轮胎气压对扶手架振动的影响,为扶手架减振措施的后续研究提供了重要依据和研究方法。

摘  要:
In this thesis,a virtual prototype of GN31 cultivator has been built up with the software of ADAMS. Analyzed the vibration mechanism of the whole machine. The situation of handlebar vibration with deferent tire air pressure is given by using virtual testing. Studied the influence of tire air pressure to the handlebar vibration. Given out the important theory basis and research method for the further research of reducing the handlebar vibration.
