甘蔗斩种机切断机构的模拟实验研究

摘  要:
我国是一个甘蔗生产大国,广西是我国最适宜种植甘蔗的地区之一,而广西的甘蔗生产仍处于低水平的发展状态,最突出的表现是机械化水平低。大力发展甘蔗生产机械化是争取农时、提高劳动生产力、减轻劳动强度、降低生产成本、加快甘蔗生产发展的主要途径。为了解决对甘蔗种植机械的种蔗切断机构参数进行优化的问题,通过室内模拟试验台的搭建,测量不同种类的种蔗在不同切断力以及切断速度情况下的破头情况。采用SPSS应用软件对实验数据进行线性分析,经过初步分析,获得切断力与切断速度、甘蔗直径、甘蔗种类、切断刀片刃角、切割角以及切断方式的相关性,为之后的设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
From the sugarcane production process knowable,planting is an extremely important process,is also a labor-intensive operation process,including open,fertilizing,seeding,plastic film mulching,soil and spraying herbicides and other operations.China is a big country of sugar cane production,Guangxi is China's most suitable for the cultivation of sugar cane areas,and sugarcane production in Guangxi is still at a low level of development of the state,the most outstanding performance is low level of mechanization.Develop mechanization of sugarcane production is to strive for farming,improve labor productivity,reduce labor intensity,lower production costs,speed up development of sugar cane production is the main way.Mechanization of sugarcane planting is becoming more and more necessary and urgent.In this paper,before the design basis,in order to solve the sugarcane planting machinery plant sugar cane cutting mechanism parameter optimization problem.Through the indoor simulation test rig,measurement of different kinds of sugarcane planting in different cutting force and cutting speed in case of broken head.Using SPSS software to experimental data of linear analysis,after preliminary analysis,cutting force and cutting velocity gain,sugarcane,sugarcane species,diameter cutting blade edge angle,cutting angle and cutting mode correlation,to provide a theoretical basis for the design.
