5XF150/180型谷物甄选机筛分效率分析

摘  要:
对5XF150/180型谷物甄选机振动筛进行运动学分析,建立了振动筛振幅、振动频率、振动角等主要运动学参数和物料相对粒度与颗粒透筛概率之间的关系。物料颗粒沿筛面透筛的方式有上、下滑动时透筛和作抛掷运动时透筛。通过建立3种透筛方式的数学模型,推导出了筛分效率的理论计算公式,为上、下并联形式振动筛的筛分效率研究提供了理论基础。

摘  要:
Based on the kinematic analyes of 5XF150/180 grain selecting machine, the relationship between amplitude, frequency, angle of throw and other main kinematic parameters of reciprocating separator and relative size, and screening probability was established. There are three ways including passing through the screen surface while the material particles are sliding down or up along the screen, or jumping along the screen for the material particles to pass through the screen surface. Through establishing the mathematic model of the above three ways, the theoretic formula of screening efficiency of5XF150/180 grain selecting machine were obtained. It will provide the theoretical basis for studying the screening efficiency of reciprocating separators of up-and-down parallel connection.
