苦丁茶中10种金属元素含量测定及其保健功能初探

摘  要:
[目的]为茶叶的成分测定及开发利用提供参考。[方法]湿法消化苦丁茶样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr的含量。[结果]苦丁茶中含有较丰富的人体所需的微量元素,10种金属元素含量排序为Ca>K>Mg>Mn>Fe>Na>Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni。苦丁茶中丰富的微量元素与其药用、保健作用密切相关。试验各元素的加标回收率为95.1%~104.2%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.9%,准确度和精密度均符合要求。[结论]火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定苦丁茶中的金属元素含量是可行的。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply references for the component determination and exploitation of tea.[Method] Kudingcha samples were digested by wet digestion and the contents of K,Ca,Na, Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni and Cr were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Result] Kudingcha contained relatively abundant microelements which were needed by human body and the contents of 10 metal elements in order were Ca>K>Mg>Mn>Fe>Na>Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni.The abundant microelements in Kudingcha had close correlation with its medical and heath functions.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 95.1%~104.2% and their relative standard deviations were 1.7%~5.9% with accuracy and precision according with the requirement.[Conclusion] Determination of metal element contents in Kudingcha by FAAS was feasible.
