河南省新乡市农业循环经济体系构建路径的选择

摘  要：
新乡市作为国家粮食生产核心区和河南省重要的畜禽养殖基地,农业废弃物产生量大。在分析新乡市农业循环经济发展现状的基础上,遵循循环经济和生态农业理念,以农业废弃物资源化为核心,以减少资源消耗、降低废物排放、提高资源利用效率为目标,提出了构建新乡市农业循环经济体系的理念和模式,从发展节约型农业、实施养殖业清洁生产等几个方面提出了具体的措施。

摘  要：
As a core area of national food production and an important livestock breeding base of Henan province,large amounts of agricultural waste was generated in Xinxiang city.On the basis of analyzing the development of agricultural recycling economy of Xinxiang city,the concept of recycling economy and eco-agriculture were considered,and waste resources for agricultural production was taken as the core,in order to reduce resource consumption,reduce waste,and improve resource utilization efficiency,the concept and model to build the development of Xinxiang agricultural recycling economy system were proposed,several specific measures including the development of conservation agriculture,implementation of cleaner production were put forward.
