摘  要：
蛋鸭养殖作为一项投资少、门槛低、见效快、产出高的产业,一直是农民现金收入的重要途径之一,在全国水禽产业中占据重要地位。湖北省蛋鸭产业发展在全国水禽养殖区域中占有重要的份额和地位,且湖北在蛋鸭养殖方面拥有突出的资源环境和区位优势,具有独特性、典型性和代表性。因此,研究湖北蛋鸭产业现代化经营及其可持续发展对解决湖北农民增收问题、农村劳动力就业问题、壮大农产品加工业、调整产业结构等都具有重要作用。本文根据国家水禽产业体系经济研究团队对湖北省的实地调查情况,介绍了湖北省蛋鸭产业现代化经营的发展现状,分析了湖北蛋鸭产业现代化经营中存在的利弊,提出了针对性的建议,阐释了未来湖北蛋鸭产业实现现代化经营的着力点及对策。

摘  要：
With lower investment requirement and lower technical threshold but with shorter production cycle and higher economic return, egg-laying duck industry has always been one of the most important income resources for farmers and plays a significant role in national waterfowl industry. Hubei Province, with environmental and geographical location advantages, has established its uniqueness and representativeness and taken a big market share for the egg-laying industry in China. Therefore, studying on egg-laying duck industry in Hubei Province has significant implications for improving farmers' income, securing farmers' employment, expanding value-added sector in agricultural industry, and adjusting the industrial structure. Based on the field researches conducted by the economics investigation team of national waterfowl industry system, this article introduces the status quo of egg-laying duck industry in Hubei, identifies the problems and future trends of the development of egg-laying duck industry in Hubei Province, provides some possible solutions for the problems, and also gives some suggestions on the modern management and sustainable development of egg-laying duck industry in Hubei Province.
