基于基底修复的退圩还湖区水生植物配置技术研究

摘  要:
通过模拟试验,研究了在沙土∶黄土∶淤泥=1∶1∶1基底条件下的4种不同的沉水植物配置模式密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=1∶2∶1、密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=1∶1∶1、密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=2∶1∶1、密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=1∶1∶2的植物生长情况。结果表明,密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=2∶1∶1的配置模式下,3种沉水植物的覆盖度和相对生长速率都比较均匀;不同配置类型的植物群落中以密齿苦草∶穗花狐尾藻∶黑藻=1∶2∶1的叶绿素含量最低,其他3种配置类型之间的叶绿素含量差异不显著。

摘  要:
Through simulation experiments,the submerged plant growth was studied in four different configuration modes( Vallisneria denseserrulata∶ Myriophyllum spicatum L∶ Hydrilla verticillata = 1∶ 2∶ 1,1∶ 1∶ 1,2∶ 1∶ 1,1∶ 1 ∶ 2) under the basal condition( sand∶ loess∶ silt = 1 ∶ 1 ∶1). The coverage and relative growth rates of three submerged plants were relatively uniform at the results show that the configuration mode of Vallisneria denseserrulata∶ Myriophyllum spicatum L∶ Hydrilla verticillata = 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 1. The chlorophyll content of Allisneria denseserrulata ∶ Myriophyllum spicatum L ∶ Hydrilla verticillata = 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 1 was the lowest,and the chlorophyll content of the other configuration modes was not significant.
