水稻三系不育系宜香1A香味遗传研究及产量配和力分析

摘  要:
本文采用B.C.Sood(1978)介绍的水稻香味快速测定法对水稻不育系宜香1A的香味遗传进行了研究,结果宜香1A的香味遗传由1对隐性主基因控制。用4个不育系与5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交作配合力分析,分析结果为宜香1A一般配合力效应值为0.375616,II-32A的配和力效应值为0.168767,汕A的配和力效应值为-0.20795,对它们配和力效应值差异作显著性测验的结果是宜香1A一般配合力极显著优于II-32A和汕A。

摘  要:
This paper studied on scent inheritance of cytoplasmic male sterile line Yixiang1A in rice.The method is the rapid technique for scent determination revealed by B.C.Sood(1978).The result showed that Yixiang1A's scent inheritance is controlled by a pair of single recessive main gene of scent.Yixiang1A's yield combination ability analysis was made by incoplete diallel with 4 CMS lines and 5 restorer lines.It is the result that Yixiang1A's general combination ability effect value is 0.375616.Yet II-32A and San A's general combination ability effect value is 0.168767 and –0.20795 seperately.So Yixiang1A's general combination ability is prior to II-32A and San A's after checking of difference significance.
