摘 要：
Yantai holothurian,famous for its high value and high nutrition,is a kind of seafood titbit.The exploitation of Yantai holothurian had advantaged predominance.But there were still lots of problems such as the disorder of its exploitation and management.In this paper,concrete measures for the exploitation and management of holothurian resources in Yantai city were put forward.
