乡村振兴战略背景下铜陵白姜产业发展研究

摘  要：
铜陵白姜品质优良、效用广泛、生产工艺独特、文化内涵丰富。当前,铜陵白姜产业格局初步形成、产品及消费模式多样、助力乡村振兴定位明确、品牌保护渐趋规范、影响力不断增强,但也面临着规模化、集约化程度低,创新能力不足,市场开拓乏力,受外来生姜冲击大等问题。为此,铜陵市应抓住国家实施乡村振兴战略的机遇,从规模扩大、技术创新、品牌宣介以及保护等方面入手,推动白姜产业高质量发展。

摘  要：
Tongling White Ginger has excellent quality, wide utility, unique production technology and rich cultural connotation. At present, the industrial pattern of Tongling white ginger has taken initial shape, the product and consumption patterns are diverse, the positioning of promoting rural revitalization is clear, the brand protection is gradually standardized, and its influence is constantly enhanced. However, it also faces the problems of low degree of scale and intensification, insufficient innovation ability, weak market development and great competition from foreign ginger. Tongling city should seize the opportunity of the national strategy of rural revitalization and promote the highquality development of white ginger industry from the aspects of scale expansion, technological innovation, brand publicity and protection.
