杨属种质资源的遗传学研究及利用进展

摘  要：
对我国杨属种质资源的遗传学研究现状及在此基础上的对杨属种质资源的创新利用进行了概述,分派别阐述了国内对杨属种质资源的主要性状如生长、材性、形态、生理、生根特性和抗逆性的遗传变异规律的研究进展,总结了不同时期种质资源评价的特点和方法,介绍了通过传统育种手段(人工杂交、多倍体育种)和生物新技术(基因工程、细胞工程和分子标记技术)培育的杨树新品种,特别是黑杨派和青杨派、黑杨派和白杨派的派间杂交和黑杨派、白杨派的派内杂交获得的优良品种,指出了杨属种质资源利用存在的问题和相应的解决对策.

摘  要：
In this paper,genetic study and utilization on native and exotic Populus germplasm resources were reviewed and summarized.The research progress on the main characters of Populus germplasm resources such as growth rate,wood property,morphology,physiology,rooting habits,resistance to insects and diseases,and stress resistance have been introduced.Populus varieties(clones) bred by the traditional breeding methods such as hybridization and polyploidy,and modern biological method,genetic engineering,celluar engineering and molecular marker,were summarized.Resulted from the great progress achieved in intersection hybridization of Aigeiros with Tacamahaca,Aigeiros with Poplars,and interspecific hybridization within sections of Poplars and Aigeiros,a number of hybrids have been released for commercial purpose.Moreover,the problems in using Populus genetic resources and the countermeasures were carried out.
