摘 要：
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from whole herb of Clematis aethusaefolia Turcz..[Method] The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation.Chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.[Result] Forty-nine volatile compounds were isolated and identified for the first time,representing 88.54% of the total oil.The main compounds with contents over 3%(V/V) were as follows: Benzenecarbonal(18.20%),Benzeneethanol(3.63%),2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol(4.77%),Caryophyllene(11.63%),Germacrene D(7.55%).[Conclusion] The research provided reference for further development and utilization of Clematis aethusaefolia Turcz.
