六倍体小簇麦─天蓝偃麦草三属杂种形态学、细胞学及育性研究

摘 要:
以六倍体小簇麦为母本,天蓝偃麦草为父本,经杂交获得小簇麦─天蓝偃麦草三属杂种F1。杂种自交不孕,形态上呈双亲中间型,并保持双亲所具有的优良抗性。杂种体细胞染色体数2n=6x=42,减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体平均配对构型为30.75Ⅰ+5.24Ⅱ+0.22Ⅲ+0.03Ⅳ。讨论了克服F1不育的方法。

摘 要:
Trigeneric hybrid of Haynatriticum(bx)-Agropyron glaucum was obtained when Haynatiticum was used as female and A. glaucum as male parent. The hybrids was self-sterile and merphologically intermediate to their parents. The hybrid plants showed good disease resistance as their parents. The somatic chromosome number of the hybrid was 2n=6x=42 and with a mean meiotic cofiguration of 30. 75Ⅰ+5. 24Ⅱ+ 0. 22Ⅲ+ 0.03Ⅳ. The way to overcome the F1 sterility was discussed.
