香花崖豆藤扦插繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
研究了不同扦插基质、不同NAA浓度、不同扦插时期对香花崖豆藤生根情况的影响。结果表明,扦插基质和NAA浓度对香花崖豆藤生根均有一定影响,各因素最佳组合是以50%黄土与50%河沙混合为基质、NAA浓度为0.50mg/L;5月和9月扦插的香花崖豆藤生根率均不高,3月扦插的生根率最高、达60.3%。

摘  要:
This paper studied the effect of different cutting matrix, different NAA concentrations and different cuttings on the rooting of Millettia dielsiana Harms. The results showed that the cutting matrix and NAA concentration had a certain impact on the rooting. And the best combination of various factors based on 50% loess and 50% sand mixture as substrate, NAA concentration of 0.50 mg/L. The rooting rate of Millettia dielsiana Harms cutting in May and September were not high, and more or less, but the rooting rate of plant cutting in March was up to 60.32%.
