摘  要：
This paper is to discuss on the necessity for integrative wood-pulp-paper project to make strategic union and foreign contract with Third Party Logistic(TPL). It holds that promoting the integrative wood-pulp-paper project to reduce logistics cost of raw materials, primary products and terminal products during the management process, and sharpening the competitive ability are an eternal object for the integrative wood-pulp-paper enterprises.
