摘  要：
文章介绍了"十二五"期间,孟连县生态保护及边境生态屏障建设成就,对发展过程中存在的林业建设资金投入不足,热带雨林保护形势严峻,产业结构转型慢,科技推广能力低等问题进行分析。为此,提出了加强重点区域生态建设,加强热带雨林保护,发展绿色产业,加大资金投入等对策和建议。

摘  要：
The paper introduced the ecological protection and the construction achievements of border ecological defence during the 12th Five-Year in Menglian County. Some problems were analyzed such as the lack of capital investment in forestry construction,severe situation of tropical rain forest protection,slow transformation of industrial structure, low technology promotion ability and so on. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as strengthening ecological construction in key areas,strengthening tropical rain forests protection, developing green forest industry,and increasing capital investment.
