现代渔业健康养殖示范区用地规划研究——以浠水县清泉项目区为例

摘  要:
以湖北省浠水县现代渔业健康养殖示范基地建设规划为例,分析了项目区规划存在的主要问题,结合立项指南的技术指标要求,从项目区的实际出发,进行7个专项的详细用地规划,并跟踪和观察规划落实情况。规划的结果显示,健康养殖水面占有率提高了8%;混凝土道路密度达到34.9 m/hm2,比规划前增加了1.25倍;给水、排水系统分离,给水到池,排水到边;两座泵站取水,联合调度;每公顷水面用电7 k W,总用电量399 k W。这些规划指标对类似地区和渔业健康养殖规划有一定参考和借鉴作用。

摘  要:
Analyzing the problems of the construction planning of demonstration bases for healthful aquaculture in Xishui county of Hubei province, this project comprises seven detailed aquaculture land planning according to the local condition of the planning areas. All these planning are based on the analysis of main problems existing in the planning areas and integrate the principle of the establishing of the project and the requirement of technique indexes concerned. The results show that that the rate of healthful cultured water areas increases by 8 percent; the density of concrete roads reaches 34.9 m / hm2,which increases by 1.25 times as compared with that before planning; the electricity consumption of planning areas per hectare is 7 k W, total power is 399 k W. Water supply and drainage system are separated and independent with water-supply pipes directly to the fishponds and drainage channels to the border of the fishpond. Two pump stations can run and work collaboratively. All these results can provide reference to similar areas and other healthful aquaculture planning.
