水稻营养钵育苗全自动栽植机的设计

摘  要:
根据水稻营养钵育苗移栽的农艺要求 ,在原水稻插秧机研究基础上 ,综合国内插秧有序与抛秧浅栽的特点 ,设计了水稻营养钵育苗全自动栽植机。文章介绍了该机的工作原理及关键部件的结构 ,并通过对单、串联槽轮机构的运动规律进行了比较 ,确定出该机的最佳间歇运动机构——串联槽轮机构 ,实现水稻钵育苗有序、准确的供给与栽植

摘  要:
According to the request of transplantation for rice seedling with nutritive bowls,and on the basis of research about transplanting rice seedling machine.A new type of automatic Transplanting Machine for Rice Seedling with Nutritive Bowls(FTMRSNB) was designed,which synthetize the characteristics of the order transplanting rice seedling and light-transplanting about throwing rice seedlings at home and abroad.The paper introduces the structures and working principles of key components of the FTMRSNB,and the best intermittent and locomotory organization was designed and tested in the field by comparing the orderliness of the movement of the single grooved pulley with the one of the tandem grooved pulley.At the end the orderly and precising supply and transplant for the rice seedlings with nutritive bowls
