我国部分地区警犬蜱流行病学调查

摘  要：
为了解我国警犬蜱感染流行情况,对32个警犬技术工作单位2007年～2011年间蜱感染流行病学进行了初步调查,并于2011年3月至9月份采集了21个警犬技术工作单位警犬蜱虫进行蜱种鉴定;此外,还对从12省份采集到的蜱虫进行巴贝斯虫的检测。结果显示,近5年来,警犬感染蜱的情况在18个省、4个自治区、2个直辖市普遍存在,警犬感染蜱在夏季和秋季达高峰期,对采集的蜱样本进行蜱种鉴定,共有血红扇头蜱、铃头血蜱和草原血蜱3个蜱种,从12个省份20个警犬技术工作单位采集的蜱虫中,有12个单位蜱虫体内未检测到巴贝斯虫感染,8个单位蜱虫体内检测到巴贝斯虫,检测到的巴贝斯虫均为韦氏巴贝斯虫。

摘  要：
In order to investigate the epidemics condition of tick diseases in police dog,we conducted a preliminary epidemiological investigation among 32 units of police dog between 2007 and 2011.The result showed that during the recent five years,the cases of police dog infected with ticks were widespread in 18 provinces.The earliest appearance of infected ticks reached a peak in Summer and Autumn.The results showed that the collected ticks could be classified into three groups including Rhipicephalus sanguineus,Haemaphyszlis campanulata and Haemsphysalis verticalis.The data of ticks collected from 20 units of police dog in 12 provinces showed that out of 20 samples,8 were detected with Babesia.The Babesia in positive samples were all identified as B.vogeli.
