西藏林芝高山松土壤种子库空间分布特征研究

摘  要:
通过研究西藏林芝高山松土壤种子库的空间分布特征,可以深入了解当地高山松林地土壤中种子数量的分布情况,以及高山松种子的质量状况,有助于高山松林的可持续发展.选取林芝附近有大面积高山松林分布的东久乡东久桥样地、林芝镇林芝桥样地以及八一镇比日神山样地为研究对象,采用野外采样、室内试验和数据分析相结合的方法,探讨高山松土壤种子库的空间分布格局.结果表明,高山松土壤种子库中的种子数量在水平方向上的差异不显著,种子数量随着与母树距离的增加而逐渐减少,表现出近母树分布的趋向.在不同土层深度中,高山松土壤种子库中的种子数量差异显著(P=0.01),随土层深度的增加而逐渐减少,并且单因素分析发现海拔对高山松土壤种子库中种子数量的变化影响不大.土壤种子库中有活力种子仅占种子总量的1.05%,其中72.44%的有活力种子集中在枯落物层;虫蛀种子所占比例最高,占总量的47.41%,败育种子占种子总量的12.32%,腐败种子所占比例最小,为3.02%,可见种子丧失活力的首要原因是被啮齿类动物或鸟类的取食.地表枯落物层是种子进入土壤的一大阻碍,及时扰动地表枯落物有助于高山松种子进入土壤和萌发.

摘  要:
By studying the spatial distribution characteristics of the soil seed bank of Pinus densata in Linzhi,Tibet,we can deeply understand the distribution of seed quantity in the soil of local P.densata forest and quality status of P.densata seeds,which is conducive to the sustainable development of P.densata forest.Three sampling spots,including Dongjiu bridge,Linzhi bridge and Biri mountain were chosen as the researched objects,where distribute a large area of P.densata forest.Combining the field sampling,laboratory experiment and data analysis,the spatial distribution pattern of soil seed bank of P.densata was revealed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the number of seeds in soil seed bank of P.densata in horizontal direction,while the number of seeds gradually decreased with the distance from the mother tree.In different soil depths,the number of seeds in soil seed bank of P.densata was significantly different(P=0.01),and gradually decreased with the increase of soil depth.The single-factor analysis showed that the altitude had little effect on seed quantity.Viable seeds in soil seed bank accounted for only 1.05% of the total seeds,and 72.44% of the viable seeds were concentrated in litter layer.In soil seed bank,the proportion of foraged seeds was the highest,accounting for 47.41% of the total seeds,abortive seeds accounted for 12.32% of the total seeds,and the smallest proportion was decayed seeds,which accounted for 3.02%.It could be seen that the primary cause of seed loss was the feeding of rodents or birds.Litter layer on the surface was a major obstacle to the entry of seeds into soil,and timely disturbance of surface litter was favorable to the seed germination of P.densata.
