外源性激素LHRH-A_3对皖西白鹅繁殖性能和生殖激素变化的影响

摘  要:
对产蛋后期皖西白鹅肌肉注射外源性激素LHRH A3生理盐水溶液 ,剂量为 15 μg/kg,观察记录其产蛋和就巢情况 ;翅静脉采集血样 ,测定并比较其作用前后的PRL、E2 、P4 和FSH的变化情况。结果表明 :对照组的E2 、P4 和FSH呈波动性变化 ,PRL呈上升趋势 ,而且P4 有维持高水平的变化趋势 ;而试验组的P4 和FSH呈略上升的趋势 ,E2 呈下降的趋势 ,PRL的变化不明显。试验组中有 2只鹅提前终止就巢 ,但未见明显的产蛋提前。可以看出 ,较低水平的E2 和FSH ,以及较高水平的PRL和P4 对于引起和维持皖西白鹅的就巢行为具有重要作用。LHRH A3对皖西白鹅就巢具有一定的抑制作用 ,同时提示可以利用LHRH A3补充家禽由于就巢而导致的LHRH分泌的不足 ,从而利用LHRH A3控制家禽的就巢和提高产蛋率。

摘  要:
The present study indicated LHRH-A 3 was utilized in Wanxi goose laying anaphase.LHRH-A 3 was intramuscular injected to trial group at a doze of 15μg/kg,and the control group did not inject anything.The laying times and incubation frequency were observed and noted in this experiment.Blood was collected from wing vein and the content of PRL,E 2,P 4 and FSH were tested by TRFI.The result indicated that E 2,P 4 and FSH were fluctuated and PRL was ascending and maintaining a high level in the control group,while in the trial group P 4 and FSH was ascending a little. E 2 was descending,and PRL had no obvious change in the tested period.There were two geese stopped incubation behavior ahead of time,but no obvious laying time in advance.We can concluded that high level of PRL and P 4 and low level of E 2 and FSH were vital to inducing and maintaining incubation behavior. LHRH-A 3 had an inhibiting function to wanxi goose’s incubation .At the same time it suggested that LHRH-A 3 was benefit for LHRH deficiency in fowl’s body,and LHRH-A 3 can restrain fowl incubation behavior and improve its laying rate.
