粮食生产效率:农业生产性服务对农业劳动力老龄化具有调节效应吗?——基于江西省粮食主产县500农户的调查

摘  要：
[目的]基于江西省20个粮食主产县的408份有效农户调查数据,实证研究老龄甚至高龄农业劳动力是否会影响粮食生产效率。如果会,机耕、机收等农业生产性服务对农业劳动力老龄化是否具有调节效应。[方法]运用Stata 14软件,引入机耕、机收服务两个调节变量,区分老龄和高龄农业劳动力进行了计量实证分析。[结果]老龄农业劳动力暂时并没有显著影响粮食生产效率,而高龄农业劳动力对粮食生产效率表现出显著的负效应。如果粮食生产过程中能得到机耕、机收等农业生产性服务,都可以显著降低高龄农业劳动力对粮食生产效率的负向影响。[结论]为了缓解高龄农业劳动力给粮食生产效率带来的负向效应,在大力培育新型职业农民的同时,应加快构建新型农业社会化服务体系,提供产前、产中和产后服务。

摘  要：
Based on 408 valid household survey data of 20 grain producing counties in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzed whether aging agricultural labor force will affect the efficiency of grain production,and the agricultural productive services have regulation effect on the aging of agricultural labor force. The results showed that: the agricultural labor force of old age had no significant effect on the efficiency of grain production,while the agricultural labor force of older age had significant negative effect on the efficiency of grain production. Further,the empirical research found that agricultural productive services,such as machine ploughing and machine harvesting service can significantly reduce the negative impact of the agricultural labor force on food production efficiency. Therefore,in order to reduce the negative effect of aging agricultural labor force on grain production efficiency,it should vigorously cultivate new type of professional farmers,speed up the establishment of a new social service system for agriculture,and provide agricultural antenatal,obstetrical and postpartum services.
