摘  要：
This article concluded the status and effect of cutting management for collective forest in Jilin province.Combining with the deep development of collective forest right system reform,aiming at the main questions in the cutting management for collective forest,we proposed some suggestions and countermeasures on the reform and improvement of cutting management for collective forest under the new situation.
