摘  要:
为研究黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)幼虫处理有机废物的生产性能及营养价值,选取采食餐厨垃圾和豆腐渣的黑水虻幼虫为研究对象,通过测定鲜虫增重和料重比,以确定最佳投喂量,并在此基础上测定生长曲线、常规营养指标及氨基酸和脂肪酸含量。结果显示,每0.5 g虫卵投喂餐厨垃圾、豆腐渣的最适量分别为1.87~2.20 kg和1.90~2.13 kg;快速生长期分别为6~16 d和8~20 d (前三天以麸皮为开口料)。两种幼虫干粉的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量分别为29.26%、 42.85%; 54.88%、 25.56%。两种幼虫干粉的必需氨基酸以赖氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和精氨酸为主。两种幼虫干粉的脂肪酸以月桂酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸和油酸为主,其中餐厨虫的月桂酸和油酸含量较高,分别为47.88%和12.79%。结果表明,处理以上两种有机废物的黑水虻幼虫富含蛋白质和脂肪,其中餐厨虫粗脂肪含量高达54.88%;豆渣虫粗蛋白含量高达42.58%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the production performance and nutritional value of black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens) lavae by feeding on kitchen waste and bean curd residue. The optimum feeding quantity was assessed according to the weight gain and material weight ratio of fresh insects. Then, the growth curve, conventional nutritional index and amino acid and fatty acid content were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum additive levels of kitchen waste and bean curd residue in every 0.5 g eggs were 1.87-2.20 kg and 1.90-2.13 kg, respectively. Besides, the corresponding rapid growth period was 6-16 days and 8-20 days(the bran was used as the opening material in the first three days). The contents of crude protein and crude fat in dry powder of the two larvae were 29.26% 、42.85%;54.88% 、25.56%, respectively. Lysine, leucine, valine, isoleucine and arginine were the main essential amino acids in dry powder of two kinds of larvae, and the essential amino acid content of bean curd residue larvae was up to 15.66%. The fatty acids of dry powder of the two kinds of larvae were mainly lauric acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid, among which the lauric acid and oleic acid content of cooking insects were 47.88% and 12.79%. In summary, the black water fly larvae treated with the above two kinds of organic waste are rich in protein and fat, among which the insects feeding with crude fat content of kitchen is the highest(54.88%), and the crude protein content of insects feeding with bean curd residue is the highest(42.58%).
