河南省林业社会化服务体系建设初探

摘  要：
河南省实施集体林权制度改革以来,林业社会化服务需求非常旺盛。但是目前河南省林业社会化服务体系还很不健全,难以满足林农的需求。今后,应在稳步提高政府公益性服务的基础上,扶持以林业合作组织为代表的社会性服务组织和以涉林企业为代表的市场性服务组织,促进河南省林业社会化服务体系的完善。

摘  要：
Since the reform of collective forest rights was carried out, demands for the s forestry socialized services has proved strong. But now the socialization service system of forestry is unsound in Henan province and it does not meet the needs of foresters. From now on, on the basis of improving government services, the development of farmer cooperative organization and leading enterprises should be encouraged.
