高校“易班”之微管理模式探究

摘  要：
随着互联网技术的不断发展,高校学生通过网络接触的信息量不断增加,网络成为了高校师生工作、学习和生活中不可缺少的部分。在此背景下,传统的高校思政教育方式逐渐受到新的挑战,网络"易班"成为了高校思想政治教育工作的新阵地。文章对当前"易班"管理实施的成效以及存在的问题,提出了有效的微管理解决对策。与此同时对于如何深入运用网络载体对大学生进行思想政治教育提出借鉴性建议。

摘  要：
With the continuous development of Internet technology,college students get more and more information through the network,and network has become indispensable part in college teachers' and students' life.Under such background,the traditional education way in collegeshas been challenged,and e-class has becomes a new part of ideological and political education work.This paper puts forward effective micro management countermeasures for the achievement and problems of e-class management.At the same time,the paper also offer suggestions on how to implement ideological and political education with network.
