一种谷粒粒形参数的高通量智能检测方法

摘  要:
结合农业科技创新政策,面向谷粒农作物开展快速智能检测农艺性状的需求,提出高精度谷物籽粒形态特征参数检测的方法,并利用现代实验室中常备的数码单反相机、三脚架、直尺和计算机等仪器设备,构建谷物粒形参数高通量检测环境,能够减少设备投资,提高现有设备的利用率和使用灵活性。通过与用游标卡尺人工测量结果的比较分析发现:对于长宽结果,两者间具有极显著的相关关系,且两种方法所取得的结果差异不显著。该方法极大地提高了检测效率和稳定性,能够满足对谷粒粒形参数的检测需求,实现谷物籽粒样本高通量的粒形参数检测。

摘  要:
The combination of policy agricultural science and technology innovation,for grain crops traits to carry out rapid intelligent detection and agronomic,proposed method of grain shape parameters,using modern laboratory instrument standing in the digital SLR camera,tripod,three ruler and calculating machines and other equipment,to construction of cereal grain shape parameters of high-throughput detection environment. Reduce the equipment investment,to improve the utilization of existing equipment and the use flexibility. The comparative result of artificial measurement results of vernier caliper for the length and the width,there is a significant relationship between the two methods,and the results were not significantly different,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and stability,which can meet the needs of test of grain shape parameters detection,to achieve high flux of particle shape parameter.
