冷藏时间对木荷种子发芽率影响的研究

摘  要:
对不同冷藏时间的木荷种子进行发芽试验,结果表明:低温冷藏9个月、20个月的种子发芽率分别比新鲜种子下降4.1和9.4个百分点,t检验结果为不同冷藏时间的木荷种子发芽率差异极显著。木荷种子的发芽率随冷藏时间按每月0.46%~0.47%的幅度下降。说明延长冷藏时间对木荷种子的发芽有显著的影响。

摘  要:
Germination tests of seeds of Schima superba with different cold preservation time were conducted.Results showed that germination rate of seeds with 9 and 20 months with lowtemperature storage decreased 4.1% and 9.4% than germination rate of fresh seeds.The results of T Examination was that the germination rate of seeds of Schima superba with different cold preservation had significant differences.The germination rate of seeds of Schima superba decreased at the range of 0.46%~0.47% monthly with cold preservation.It illustrates that extending cold preservation had significant influence on germination of seeds of Schima superba.
